Cash math

Agency fees = roles via agency × avg CTC × agency fee %. Recruiter saving = 80% of your internal recruiter payroll — the share of funnel work (sourcing, screening, coordination) THH automates. THH cost = recommended plan annual price (region-adjusted, annual discount applied). Cash saved = agency fees + recruiter saving − THH cost.

The recruiter saving and the reclaimed-time figure below are the same automation counted once each — as money here, as hours there — so those hours are never separately monetised. On a small team with a pricey tier cash saved can still be negative; then the case for THH is capacity rather than cash.

Capacity math

Reclaimed hours = time saved per role × total roles (per-role breakdown below), shown as hours, working days and FTE-years. We don't put a separate dollar value on it — that value is already the 80% recruiter saving in the cash math above, and pricing the hours again would double-count.
